Seven Days on from Deportation Day
Introduction
Apologies for the delay in updates on Rachel.
Rachel was taken off the deportation plane less than ten minutes before it was due to fly. After being removed from the flight, Rachel was transported around the Immigration Removal Centre system for FIVE days without a proper nights sleep and with insufficient food.
Communications during those days were difficult as phones are changed when custody is changed from one authority to another and topping up of credit can be delayed for days. There are lengthy inductions to various facilities as well as numerous false starts and delays with transportation.
Things are never smooth or easy with anything and it was made clear to Rachel that the authorities that were in charge of her day to day detention were not happy that Rachel was not deported. They of course should not be party to the decision nor should they get involved in whether someone is deported or not.
Legal Situation
The solicitors who had finally started to act worked their legal stuff, and did so very well so that Rachel’s removal from Britain was stopped in time, just.
It appears that the Home Office decided that putting Rachel on a flight may be unlawful. Their tone was formal!
If that is the case then it would seem that Rachel’s detention has been unlawful and ongoing detention is also unlawful. It would thus appear that she should be released totally, starting with urgent bail. However I am not a lawyer, nor have I spoken to them and so we shall see what is the situation in due course.
Communications with the Outside World
Communications between Rachel and the world outside detention are hampered. The phone provided is of course monitored and detainees are being surveilled in real time on the computer, with the authorities even able to take control over her mouse.
Outside websites are heavily filtered out for detainees, especially those sites with criticisms of the organisations who are in charge of day to day detention. Archive sites and search engines such as yandex are filtered out. Information that detainees are able to access to deal with their case is thus controlled and it is difficult for many to find out what the actual rules are.
Conditions in Detention
There is much to say on many matters and it is best to wait for the right time. However the following have been routine…
Deprivation of food since Rachel’s detention in March. Some times are worse than others. The day of the flight she received no food and even water was not available at times.

Interference with human trafficking case
Rachel has serious health issues which are not being addressed in custody and her health which was deteriorating before detention has got worse. These photos was before custody, the one on the right showing her deterioration even before detention.
Rachel - Serious Health Issues
Rachel has been a whistleblower of trafficking and corruption, the last being on this blog a week before her arrest. Despite her own difficulties Rachel also works to help others who are currently being trafficked or abused to escape, reclaim their lives and heal. It is not possible for Rachel to continue that work as she would wish when in detention.
Immigration Detention for Women
Immigration detention for women appears to be controlled by Serco and Mitie Care and Custody. There are Immigration Removal Centre (IRC) and Residential Short-Term Holding Facilities (RSTHF), and there seem to be 3 main detention centres that women are kept at.
The people caught up in these centres are not the immigrants piling into countries in the weaponised migration organised by the globalists. The women caught up in these places are mainly trafficked women who do not know the rules, and are cowed into silence in these institutions in the hope that their immigration cases will not be affected. They are already traumatised and vulnerable. These are the people that the authorities want to silence, not the fighting age men that they are encouraging to come to the country.
These are the 3 centres that Rachel has been shuttled round.
Derwentside IRC, County Durham Serco
Manchester RSTHF Manchester Mitie
Yarl’s Wood IRC, Bedfordshire Serco
None have a good reputation, hence I imagine the frequent changing of names.
Derwentside was controlled by Mitie but its contract was stopped in the middle of a 2 year contract and transferred to a 9 year contract by Serco. It was formerly called Hassockfield and is on the site of the notorious Medomsley Youth Centre where much sexual abuse happened.
The No to Hassockfield campaign group has a website here [17], which gives excellent information on their site and there are regular protests against the centre.
1st Sunday of every Month at 3pm a vigil takes place at the site as an opportunity for multiple faiths and religious groups to come together in opposition.
3rd Saturday of every Month at 12pm a demonstration takes place at the site where we aim to show solidarity with the women detained by making noise, playing music, shouting chants and sharing speeches.
Every Saturday from 11am, smaller demo

Information about support groups is more difficult to find.
Avid is the network of voluntary organisations providing support for people in detention. Avid [14]
They have a page of help organisations but I cannot access the MIDST website, Avid Manchester MIDST [23], so I am not sure if it is out of date.

When people get out of detention, there is no help for human trafficking victims, and Rachel will need support. If you can help it will allow her to get back on her feet again.
