Illegal Deportation of Human Trafficking Whistleblower
Rachel Caruso, a human trafficking whistleblower, has been told she is due for removal from Britain in the next day or so. She has been transported around the country at night depriving her of sleep. Last night she did not get to bed in a new facility until 4 am. She had less than 3 hours sleep, and apparently she is now on the move again.
This is how Britain treats a female victim of human trafficking and a whistleblower on the corrupted system supposedly designed to help victims of human trafficking.
Rachel was illegally refused any help or action under the National Referral Mechanism (NRM) supposedly designed to help victims of trafficking. The Devon and Cornwall Police denied knowing about NRM despite being trained as the first responders under the NRM mechanism. This should have meant that she was never detained in the first place.
Since then, whilst in Serco custody, Rachel has been deliberately denied due process on a number of matters. Rule 35 is designed to ascertain victims of torture. Rachel was denied a legitimate assessment when she requested it at the appropriate time. One was a fraudulent assessment under Rule 35, arranged without her knowledge or approval. The latestĀ NRM referral was fraudulent and fabricated, submitted without her knowledge or approval. A new Rule 35 appointment has been made on May 2 - but after her removal date.
Rachel was deprived of adequate food, her computer use and correspondence spied upon in real time, with the authorities even taking control of her computer mouse. Rachel was targeted for punishment for making legitimate complaints about lack of food and her bad treatment. Staff at the facility even accused each other of fraud regarding her treatment.
Despite instructing duty solicitors, appointed by the Home Office, on 2 April they did not assign her a caseworker until the 25 April, failing in their duty of care. This made it impossible for her to even know her rights and get fair treatment and fight the injustices.
Rachel's complaints, instead of being addressed have been used to delay action upon the substance of the complaint by saying that no action can be taken until the complaint is answered by the Home Office. They were never answered. My own complaints have not been answered by the Home Office either.
Rachel has requested that her application for asylum be reinstated. It had lapsed (due to her not being notified of the interview) but not denied, and as such it is illegal to deport her, [11]. Will the Home Office take note or continue its rogue and illegal behaviour?
Removal / Deportation
Rachel has a serious medical condition and should not be subject to flying. Rachel will be delivered to where she was heavily trafficked, with no contacts in the country, no money, homeless, no transportation, and no income. She will be stranded at the airport, where her traffickers will be waiting for her.
The British Government, the Home Office is actually complicit in trafficking a female whistleblower and survivor of human trafficking. Compare Rachelās treatment to the tens of thousands of fighting aged men coming illegally into Britain on boats who are welcomed and given accomodation, food and money.
Rachel was arrested on an important ritual date and will be deported on an important ritual date. Coincidence?
A US citizen, Rachel has been in Britain since she was trafficked here in 2016. She was arrested only a week after exposing how the organisations supposed to help trafficking victims are actually trafficking them [2]. Coincidence?

Try writing to the Home Office making the points above particularly that it is medically dangerous for her to fly and that she has requested asylum.

I live in North Dakota. I'm also a victim of trafficking but I am not afraid of these stalkers.
I live in a humble one bedroom apartment and work a minimum wage job but I'd be willing to house and feed and provide solace for at least a month while others could work on provided something more stable
We MUST help each other and form real networks in real life!
