I've never heard about that experiment in Vietnam, and I doubt it was Arrigo, who says she was used for disarming weapons, not for killing. But I've heard other strange things. For example, someone said the U.S. set up an energy field along the Ho Chi Minh Trail which caused North Vietnamese soldiers who entered the field to disappear.
A lot of Satanic things were also going on in Central America in the 1970s and 1980s. The U.S.-trained death squads and military batallions carried out shocking atrocities, and there were rumors of soldiers being drugged. A Chilean named Fritis was in charge of the CIA programs.
