The progenitors of the Internet knew about network assisted “spooky action at a distance”, or parapsychological effects related to networking human minds, from the very beginning. Jacques Vallée has stated such:
”there were many people researching interface between consciousness and computers for example with DARPA funding”
”we began to observe something very interesting… these people were very frustrated because they wanted to communicate with lots of people very quickly but they only had a keyboard, so they had essentially there was a psychic component on top that we could observe on top of the typed communication”
While at the Institute for the Future, he directly succeeded Paul Baran, the Grandfather of the Internet, as principal investigator on the National Science Foundation project for computer networking, which developed the ARPANET conferencing systems, Planning Network (PLANET). This was the first network conferencing system— and it was being used for psychic research, or “weird entanglement” as some describe it.
The entire time Vallée was at NIF, he was also working closely with the Stanford Research Institute [SRI], the DIA and the CIA on various endeavors, including the infamous remote viewing unit, Stargate Project.
Many of the projects that SRI dealt with involved “electronic perturbation”, the ability “to interact, by mental means alone, with sensitive electronic equipment, and to ascertain how this phenomenon might be utilized for Army-designated applications.”
These projects were not unsuccessful.
Interfacing with a virtual environment, with the screen, is by itself an altered state of consciousness. Projecting your mind into the semiotic space inside is a form of sensory deprivation. You are reduced to the material and deprived of the animal simultaneously. Psuedo-initiated into the brute-forced mystery of hyperreality. The strange light hypnotizes, the sigils and images are filled with the vital florescence, the attention and intention, of millions.
Simulacrum made in secret, and curiously wrought in the realms of air, feeding on the flesh of the Real.

The Gateway Process was integral to the Stargate Project, a secret US Army unit officially established in 1978 at Fort Meade, Maryland, by the DIA (Defence Intelligence Agency) and SRI International. Formed in 1947, SRI (Stanford Research Institute) was a hub of MK-ULTRA activity. SRI separated from Stanford University in 1970 and changed its name to SRI International in 1977. The Director of Stanford University headed SRI International from 1979. Staffed by Scientologists, SRI International was the CIA cut-out behind the development and weaponization of Remote Viewing and the Gateway Process.
The US Army established the Stargate Project to investigate the potential for psychic phenomena in military and domestic intelligence applications. It was overseen by Lt. Frederick Holmes Atwater until 1987, under Maj. Gen. Albert Stubblebine. Lt. Atwater later became President of the Monroe Institute. In 2006, Lt. Atwater published a research report on the Monroe Institute website under the name ‘Skip’ Atwater. In this he explained: 463

I never knew SRI was connected to MKULTRA but I am not surprised in the least. The director of NIST that wrote the total bullshit building 7 9/11 report became the director of HRL,LLC where I worked for 35 years. William Jeffries is his name — he is a crypto Jew. After running the totally nonsensical quantum computer program costing billions he became director of SRI—a lab with 5,000 employees (HRL has 500). The layers of deceit and harm are many, but these people lie reactively but can’t do half the shit the say. Nukes, the moon landing, Holocaust, killer viruses, life saving vaccines(poison really) - all bullshit.
