Do PPP also believe they own everything, is it true that they can act as the aggressor and the victim, all depending on the situation, take for example, if they put a child in danger, it is pointed out, they then portray themselves as experts and the child was in no danger at all ? The the child fell, they then blame the child. The child states, I don't want to go there again. The reply is, I thought you liked it ? Yet if something had happened to the child, would they play the victim?

I have only read her thesis once, and posted so that others can get up to speed, I don't want to speak for what she says.

Years ago I bought Professor Lowenstein's book on Parental Alienation, which was a very interesting read, it described Folie a Deux, but not how to deal with the situation. Professor Sam Vaknin talks about NPD, which is different to narcissistic personality, being a disorder. This is a very interesting thesis, using the word predatory, resonates with me, I have only seen what is described as PPP in two people, I kept diaries of these events, to try to understand what was happening. Thank you for the posting, it is very thought provoking on the subject.

God bless you!

Thankyou, yes I think this will simplify our understanding of these toxic predators, so that we are more prepared to be able to counter them.
