David Leavitt, Utah State Attorney outed himself in a press conference, as being accused of rape and ritual abuse when he waved about a 151 page victim statement [Witness 3 Statement] from a 2012-2014 investigation into David Hamblin, a therapist.

Um, okay, I believe you, but I'm not talking about a few women, I'm talking about the opposite of Patriarchy, a system of cultural domination by men. We live in a patriarchy, and I would assert that MOST of the perpetrators of sex crimes are done by men. We have never seen Matriarchy, in the West, in our lifetimes, or since perhaps a little bit in the beginnings of the Dark Ages, but generally, not since well before a few thousand years BC.
That said, Patriarchy generally is not a nurturing or compassionate kind of way for humans to live... War, cruelty, perversions of many kinds, and the idea of "Might Makes Right," and "Survival of the Fittest," and so forth.
There's a really interesting book you might like to read sometime, if you have time! It's called "The First Sex," it came out in I think 1971, or thereabouts, and describes Matriarchy, and the former dominance of the Female...
