That alone may give you some indication as to the perceptive abilities / credibility / honesty of Ms. Spring.
This is Marianna Spring…
Spring’s speciality is to label someone a conspiracy theorist and shine the might of the BBC’s biased propaganda spotlight upon them. She then typically uses that example to smear a whole sector of other people. Spring shows no interest in speaking truth to power - the Spring Doctrine is abusing power to suppress truth. She uses her priveleged position to bully and scapegoat those who do not fit into the narrative that is chosen by / for her, a narrative that palpably is not based on truth.

So when Marianna Spring chooses to use labelling in an attempt to pigeonhole another independent media The Light Paper as a “conspiracy theory newspaper that shares violence and hate” you may well take her assessment with a pinch of salt and typical of her corrosive, divisive, hateful narrative and agenda.
When a BBC reporter actually does incite violence there appears to be no factchecking from Agent Spring or whichever of the plethora of BBC “factchecker” propaganda brands they choose to use - BBC Disinformation Unit / BBC Trending / BBC Monitoring / Trusted News Initiative / Reality Check / BBC Verify.

Incidentally that same propagandist Jeremy Bowen on behalf of the BBC also tried to downplay the Nazi links / history / skeleton of the Ukrainian regime, whilst showing him with a unit showing Nazi symbolism!! Recently Darren agreed to an interview with Lady Marianna of LaLaLand herself - a brave decision knowing that it would be the predictable hatchet job, and of course she did not disappoint with her disgraceful title, spurious allegations, obvious agenda and narrative for which she has become rightly notorious.

Agent Spring repeatedly refuses even to consider that her view perhaps could be biased or wrong, maintaining blindly that she is the arbiter of the truth in a bubble of ignorant arrogance. Is that brainwashing, stupidity or loyalty to the BBC and MI5 or even MI6?
I was disappointed that Darren did not subject Agent Spring to a more concise and forensic cross examination, on the footage he showed her. However she was well practised anyway in deflecting accountability away from herself when things got sticky, in that she only dealt with “disinformation” rather than for example “health” neatly verbally bypassing that the health information spread by the BBC and Spring was disinformation. However one gem from the interview is that Agent Spring actually believes that the fake Syrian footage was real. It instantly destroys any credibility she might have had.

The footage was orginally shown at a critical time - On 29 August 2013, as the UK House of Commons vote on possible military intervention in Syria was underway [1], BBC News at Ten broadcast a report by Ian Pannell and cameraman Darren Conway which claimed that a Syrian fighter jet had dropped an incendiary bomb containing a “napalm-type” substance – possibly thermite – on the playground of an Aleppo school.
The report contained harrowing scenes of teenage boys and young men, their skin apparently in tatters, racing into what the report describes as “a basic hospital funded by handouts” to be treated for burns. In one particularly disturbing scene (from 03:02 – 03:19) a tableau of young men writhe, drool and groan, seemingly in great distress.
On further viewings, however, this scene in particular is strikingly odd.

A different edit of the fake footage was used by Panorama a couple of weeks later in their disgraceful propaganda programme, BBC Panorama Saving Syria’s Children [8]. The whole BBC Syrian propaganda campaign was particularly nasty as it played on our emotions as it pretended to be “Saving Syria’s Children” in their continuing psyop [psychological operation] that Syria used chemical weapons (coincidentally and counterintuitively each time Syria was winning and had no need to do so, and the western backed terrorists were being defeated). The BBC actually worked with terrorist group ISIS, the supposed enemy. It was all so reminiscent of the Syria White Helmets psyop.
Robert Stuart @cerumol on twitter [22] did brilliant work exposing the BBC on this over many years. I very much admire the individuals like Darren and Robert who stand up to the powerful and tell the truth, inevitably at some cost to themselves. It is not easy being a target of a powerful bully. Agent Spring is the first person from the BBC that I have heard to think it is real, never mind voice that, and to actually defend the footage. Over several days in 2019 I tweeted every BBC handle I could find on twitter. No-one chose to stand up for the BBC.

Spring is now inextricably linked to the Syrian fake footage and to lies and propaganda which was used to help promote Britain’s war in Syria and the British / US /NATO geopolitical agenda.
