Tuesday August 29th is National Targeted Individual Day for the US, however there is no reason why it cannot be International TI Day and I am blogging from Britain in support of TI’s as TI’s are much ignored and overlooked. TI stands for targeted individuals. Often their targeting is not well understood or recognised by others but only too obvious and painful to the targeted individual.
