In 2016 the story about Niven Sinclair being a convicted paedophile and working for the BBC as owner of taxi company was broken by me, largely through someone else’s research.

Niven was part of the bloodline Sinclair family, and Justin Trudeau’s mother was a Sinclair as well as Jonah Rief, kidnapped bloodline child, so Niven Sinclair was an important catch.
I am very glad that Niven was outed before he died as several survivors have written over the years thanking me for him having being exposed before his death and they felt some form of justice. What did bug me was the way after he died, no-one could find information about his funeral or will until after his will had been sorted, thus frustrating any attempts to get money for survivors. Also there appeared to be a Trust of his which bypassed scrutiny. I do not know how exactly it came about, and what the law is about possible outstanding compensation but if there is anything in place, it was manouevred around.
There has been talk for years about radio or tv programmes about Niven, but they drag on and never come to fruition. To be honest I do not trust mainstream tv but pass information on when I think appropriate or when survivors ask. When asked for information recently by a survivor I found this in my notes, not posted, so post it now.
Several people contacted me after the first post with information, which I incorporated into posts. This information here came a bit later.
This is some information that I was told by someone who worked for Niven Sinclair from 1984 until 1990 when he was approximately 18 until 24. It is best posted so that it may help others, but it is a collection of information, some in answer to questions, rather than a proper article.

In 1976 when Niven started it was just him, and his own car. In the mid 1980s he had about 12 drivers and it built up to about 35 drivers by 1990. Niven bought his premises, a house, 35 Lime Grove from the BBC, when I think Panorama used it, and he made a flat on the top floor.
Pay for a driver in the 1980’s was between about £700 - £1000 per week. This was very good money. Niven could be charming as the BBC points out. There are many he has helped.
He had a vile temper."I doubt there was ever a person with a temper like Niven".
He looked after children on Sundays, around 12 years old, rarely white or English. We knew he wasn't looking after them but if you worked for him, you knew you could not question him without leaving his employment immediately. Unbelievable anger issues.
He never spent money other than to impress people, he was notoriously tight.
No doubt he was charming to those who he wanted something from - and that is how he appeared to those he wishes to groom for business, or for their children.
He always had an agenda and he prided himself on that. "Everything you do you must plan and do it for a reason. Never drift! Plan plan plan"
He used to send cars for women who worked at the BBC and were lower in the ranks who were struggling to get by.
One day two guys turned up as drivers, fresh out of prison. They claimed to be armed robbers. We asked Niven if it was wise to send a convicted armed robber to pick up David Dimbleby. He lost the plot, we dropped it and they left a few months later. They claimed not to know each other but it was obvious they did.
He was a very intimidating person, vile temper, I'm surprised he didn't have a heart attack.
The Polish woman was Tony's mother, he was a mother beater and she was a lovely lady. Apparently Tony's father had served under Niven in the Kings African Rifles but he was Polish, Niven was Scottish and it's about as true as him signing up Idi Amin.
One driver whose name I can't remember openly accused him of being "a nonce and a kiddy fiddler", Niven went red with rage. I doubt there has ever been a person with a temper like Niven! Unbelievable anger issues.
The rest of the guys I worked with were your typical types, some really dumb, some really smart and most unremarkable but none stood out other than the two I first mentioned. We knew David Smith had something on Niven because he got away with too much not to have.
But the kids I saw at his house on a Sunday always looked vulnerable and never spoke. Niven’s business partner was British but of Polish parents. His mother used to come in on a Sunday and make roast dinner, if you were working Sunday she'd give you dinner, a real treat. She often had visible bruises from her son Tony hitting her. Niven knew this, imagine? Who turns a blind eye to that? Yet Niven knew this and did nothing!
I've no idea where the weekend children came from but he stopped doing it about a year before I left because he was a bit paranoid after the driver shouted at him in front of everyone and called him a nonce. He was a very intimidating person, vile temper, I'm surprised he didn't have a heart attack.
Obviously there are some facts missing, like how he behaved at weekends and the fact he would "look after" and "watch over" the children of "friends"! There was a joke that we nicknamed him Uncle Festa!
Dave Smith
We knew David Smith had something on Niven because he got away with too much not to have.
Dave Smith was never Jimmy Savile’s chauffeur on an official basis because he worked for breakfast television when Frank Bough, Selina Scott and Debbi Greenwood presented it. They knew him by name and were all on good terms with him.
Smith never mixed with any of the other drivers, ever, only Niven who had his back. David Smith did the Breakfast Television "graveyard" shift, 10pm until 10am, he did that the whole time I worked there. He was absolutely protected by Niven, everyone knew if you lost your license even for a month you were out. He lost his license for speeding ticket accumulation.

The only other thing that I have to add to this which complements comments that Niven did help people out. Some people swear by him, and one claimed to me that someone forged all the court appeal transcripts. Another threatened anonymously to sue me for defamation. I know who she is but obviously as nothing that I said was defamatory I heard nothing more. He did tend to help single mothers of young boys, and the news of Niven being a paedophile must have worried them and they did not want to face up to what possibly happened to their sons.
