Michael Aquino Death Certificate

The notorious Monarch mind control MK Ultra programmer and child torturer Michael Aquino’s death certificate appears to have been published. It states he died due to a gunshot wound to the head thought to be self inflicted.

I believe some redactions are official and some by twitter poster to protect Lilith Aquino’s personal details.

If the death certificate is genuine, then it leaves a few questions, not least about his funeral - when and where and is there any evidence it took place?

Update 2023 Aug 21 For those who raise eyebrows at his mother being Betty Ford - it is a different one to the Presidential wife, this one is Marian Dorothy Elisabeth Ford, though why nicknames are allowed on a death certificate I have no idea.
